GRILLZ
Please note that ICE BY CJ does not offer returns or refunds once grillz have been purchased as they are custom made. Every product is carefully quality-checked before being sent out to customers.
* Any damage or breakage caused by the customer is non-refundable and non-replaceable.
* Molds made by ICE BY CJ that present issues during fittings can be replaced free of charge.
* Molds completed by customers themselves cannot be replaced or refunded — all such orders are final as they are custom.
* Please be aware that in approximately 20% of cases, you may need to use Fixodent to help secure the grillz, as each piece is fully customized to the individual.
Shipping:
* Next Day Shipping is not available for dispatching molding kits or grillz.
* You may select Next Day Shipping for grillz only after we receive your mold back.
* Any losses that occur during standard postage are non-replaceable and non-refundable.
JEWELLERY
Please note that all custom-made or personalized pieces are final sale. Because these items are crafted specifically to your requirements, ICE BY CJ does not offer returns or refunds once the order has been processed.
For all non-customized jewellery, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. All products are thoroughly quality-checked before dispatch.
